2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be requested if services were not delivered as agreed in the contract or project scope.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery or milestone completion.

  • Refunds do not cover changes requested after final delivery unless otherwise agreed in the project contract.

3. Process for Requesting Refunds

  2. Provide project details, invoice number, and reason for refund

  3. Our team will review the request within 5 business days

  4. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method

4. Partial Refunds & Revisions

  • For partially delivered services, a partial refund or service revision may be offered

  • Additional work requested beyond the original scope may incur extra charges

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed digital marketing campaigns

  • Custom software or code delivered as per project agreement

  • Services where the client provided incorrect or incomplete information
